We’re always on the look out for interesting stories linked to travel and expat life. So if you have a tale to tell or some advice to share, we’d love to hear from you.
There are four ways to get coverage with Expat Explorers:
1. Articles following a press trip attending by Expat Explorers.
2. Artices following trips organised by Expat Explorers, which are pitched to organisations to enable them to get involved.
3. Contributed articles that form part of a collaboration with Expat Explorers.
4. Sponsored, paid for, articles that are not part of a collaboration. Please contact us for our rates.
We do this to ensure the integrity of content, otherwise there's a risk of organisations using the site as free advertising. All articles still need to fit with our editorial calendar.
Please read the following guidelines, to help ensure all content fits with what Expat Explorers’ audience enjoy:
Word count: up to 500. Short and sharp. Lists and bullets are good, e.g. Top ten things to pack for a weekend away, etc.
Please use Microsoft Word and the template below. Please include your name, title, organisation & website details.
Please use British spellings.
Please include at least one photograph.
Please do not include commercial or self-promoting information. We want people to see you as an expert giving advice. This is not advertising.
We will credit you for words and photographs used, and will add a link to your website where appropriate.
We reserve the right to edit your work but will always check back with you first.
We do not accept any article that compromises the integrity and standards of Expat Explorers, including articles that are rude, discriminatory or offensive.
We look forward to working with you.
